I'm Mike Fetherling, founder of Poly Service Pros. My career has always been hands-on — heavy construction and environmental remediation, running complex projects across the country. That work taught me how to lead crews, maintain equipment, and keep demanding jobs on schedule.
In 2014, my wife Trish and I started a polyurethane concrete-raising company with a single truck and trailer. Over the next decade it grew into one of Chicagoland's most trusted names. Along the way we built our own systems for estimating, scheduling, field operations, and customer service — the unglamorous machinery that keeps jobs profitable and crews moving.
